Country Club Drive and Heathland Crossing: Council also approved two additional TIPS quotes to authorize Boardwalk Paving to perform targeted panel and partial-panel replacements on Country Club Drive (estimated $250,777.51 after the TIPS discount) and Heathland Crossing (estimated $309,543.32 after discount). Staff said the work would be funded from unspent FY2025 street-improvement funds and prioritized based on pavement-condition-index (PCI) scores and traffic importance (connector and entrance roads rated higher priority).
Council asked about coordination with other nearby road projects (Hubbard Drive, Meadowview) to avoid cumulative detours; staff said they would coordinate scheduling and provide a project timeline to council. All motions passed unanimously.
