Council Bluffs approves consent items, urban revitalization amendment and staffing resolution

At the end of the study session the Council Bluffs City Council approved a package of consent items and separate measures by voice vote.
Public hearing and votes: The council approved Resolution 25-263 (approving plan specifications, form of contract and cost estimate for a backup generator project) after a public hearing and no written protests were filed.
The council also approved Resolution 25-264, which adopts the Amended and Restated Consolidated Urban Revitalization Plan Amendment 3, and then passed Ordinance 6,658 to implement the amendment. Council approved Resolution 25-265 to create a new assistant attorney I position in the legal department and approved applications for liquor licenses listed under item 7A (licenses 1–5).
