The Centennial Planning and Zoning Commission elected Miss Lloyd as chair and Commissioner Unger as chair pro tem during its Jan. 14 meeting.
Commissioner Fisher nominated Miss Lloyd for chair; she accepted and was elected by voice vote. Commissioner Unger was nominated and accepted the chair pro tem role and the commission approved that nomination by voice vote as well. Staff noted the commission elects officers annually under its bylaws and there is no term limit.
The newly elected chair and chair pro tem will serve until the commission elects officers again under the bylaws or until they resign.
