On the calendar, Jenny Jingres said staff had checked proposed 2026 dates against major religious holidays and flagged November 3 (Election Day) as a date that must be avoided under state law; the board approved the calendar while agreeing to re-examine February and April dates closer to January.
The board approved the minutes of Nov. 4 as written (vote recorded as 4–0) and then voted to adjourn the planning-only meeting; members reconvened later the same evening at Memorial Hall for a joint meeting with the Select Board.
