Committee approves minutes, sets next steps for capital ratings and adjourns

A motion to approve the meeting minutes for 03/18/2025, 11/12/2025 and 11/19/2025 was moved by Committee Member (S9), seconded by Committee Member (S7) and approved by a recorded tally of 7–0–0. Later, a motion to adjourn was moved and seconded; the chair declared the meeting adjourned.
Staff reminded members to complete their rating worksheets and noted the next committee meeting is scheduled for Dec. 3 in the hall to accommodate a concurrent school committee meeting. Departments will provide any outstanding materials (fire department presentation planned for next meeting).
