At the Dec. 16 meeting the Planning Board voted to continue two active hearings to Jan. 6, 2026. The board continued the 50 Flanders (Finders) Road hearing after staff reported that the applicant is revising plans in response to peer review comments and expects to submit revised documents within a week.
The board also continued the hearings for 171 Milk Street and 221–223 Turnpike Road to Jan. 6, noting outstanding departmental comments and the option of conducting a site visit (which would require posting if a quorum attends). Both continuance motions were approved unanimously (5–0). The board approved meeting minutes for Nov. 18 and Dec. 2 (5–0) and then adjourned the meeting.
