“On May 9, ’10 ’30 PM, we had a drive by shooting on our street,” resident Jamie Layer told the council during public comment. Several neighbors described chaotic scenes and property damage. “There are no regulations, so anyone is welcome to come stay at this Airbnb,” Layer added.
