Staff summarized the Jan. 21 consent approvals as follows: project design and final approval with conditions for 1790 Eucalyptus Road; project design and final approval with conditions for 23763 Pescadero Drive; project design and final approval with conditions for 3728 Cordero Drive; review after final approval for 3150 Seacliff; and final approval with conditions for 1534 Live Oak Lane. The board voted to ratify those consent decisions 5‑0 (Chair Carrie Lewis, Vice Chair Sherry, Board Member Grafati, Board Member Moslahi and Board Member Richards voting yes).
During announcements staff said the board will present updates at the next full board hearing on Single‑Family Design Board process improvements and proposed Title 30 guideline revisions; that meeting will focus primarily on the process discussion and will include only one project review. Staff also announced that agenda item 3 (1257 Ferrello Road) from the current meeting had been continued indefinitely at the applicant’s request and will be posted again when the applicant is ready.
