We actually get a double weight for students that are pregnant and parenting, and that provides some extra funding to support tutoring or alternative services for, parents when they're on maternity and paternity leave.” She said the individualized plan is developed with the student, parents/guardians and the counseling team to outline how the student can continue their education while caring for a new child and that the plan can include tutoring or alternative services.
