Westminster trims city manager’s office, launches overhauled Access Westminster and sets new website date

At the Feb. 24 Westminster City Council meeting, City Manager Jody Andrews outlined a reorganization that significantly reduced staffing and budget in the City Manager’s Office while moving operational functions to department directors.
Andrews told council the office was reorganized from about 59.6 staff in 2024 to 16 staff in 2025 as services were restructured and several groups moved to other departments. He said the city manager’s office budget decreased from roughly $2.2 million to about $1.75 million as part of that change.
