The board confirmed the motion conditioned the license’s release on receipt of required manufacturer/manager documentation and other standard filings.
During public comment, Kevin Barry (8 Indian Pond Road) said he knew the applicant and offered support. The board reminded the applicant of town rules and enforcement expectations for licensed establishments and welcomed the new business to Westborough.
Motion and vote: the board moved and seconded approval during a public hearing and recorded a 4‑0 vote in favor with members present. The license will be finalized once the town receives the manager of record and any outstanding documentation.
