Arvada council postpones consideration of amended Foothills Animal Shelter IGA

Council member Griffith moved to postpone the item "indefinitely so that council can learn more information before proceeding," and the motion passed 7–0.
Council and staff noted that Jefferson County has concerns and that additional information from staff and partner jurisdictions was needed before the council would consider placing contract items on a future agenda. No formal vote on the resolution’s substance was taken; the postponement means staff will gather the requested information and return to the council when ready.
