EDC approves May minutes, hears appointment candidate and adjourns; votes recorded

An unidentified member moved to approve and a second was recorded; roll call votes were recorded (Munaro yes, Jingress yes, Coker abstain, Bagden yes, Marshall yes, Henderson abstain, others present) and the minutes were approved with two abstentions noted.
The committee heard from Danny (from Alonco/Atlantic Coast Services), who expressed interest in filling the seat vacated by Karen. Chair Coker said the next step is for the candidate to appear before the Select Board for formal appointment; no EDC vote was recorded to appoint at the meeting.
At the meeting’s close a motion to adjourn passed on a roll-call vote. The clerk recorded yes votes from Leonardo, Jenkins, Coker, Kenny, Bagden, Henderson, Chapman and Williams (and others recorded by roll call). The meeting adjourned at the end of the session.
