"The state average subsidy for an affordable housing unit is close to $300,000," an unidentified trustee observed while discussing typical subsidy scales.
Routine business included approval of the minutes of 04/11/2025 (moved, seconded and approved) and the nomination of Mark to serve as the trust’s representative to the Community Preservation Committee. Trustees also asked staff to follow up with the treasurer/collector about transferring town-approved funds into the trust account to avoid previous fiscal-year reconciliation problems. The meeting adjourned after a final motion; minutes record an adjournment vote of 5–0.
