The manager cautioned that social-media speculation about personnel changes earlier in the week had been retracted and encouraged fact-checking and source verification to avoid unnecessary concern for individuals and families.
These announcements followed the council's approval of the FY2026 midyear budget adjustments and came before the meeting's adjournment.
