Committee forwards agreement for ADA loop trail at Lake Cassidy to Jan. 28 consent agenda

Gourley described the arrangement as contingent on qualifying work parties that meet the agreement's requirements; Section 3.2 was cited as setting those requirements. The committee chair asked for questions and, receiving none, the committee moved Motion 26-011 to the GLS consent agenda for Jan. 28. The referral sends the agreement to the full council for final approval; no final contract execution occurred at this committee meeting.
