Board issues proclamations for Social Work Month, Red Cross Month and Women’s History Month; honors long-serving staff

The board also recognized Maureen Toms for more than three decades of service in the Department of Conservation and Development and acknowledged her regional roles and elected service in Pinole. Warren Lai and Ricky Williams presented a proclamation honoring Anthony Gomez for 30 years in the county’s fleet services, noting his start date of 10/11/1994 and his role in reducing vehicle downtime.
