Monmouth council initiates expedited UGB land exchange authorized by House Bill 2647

Suzanne Duffner, Monmouth’s community and economic development director, told the council the February legislative action — House Bill 2647 — allows Monmouth to pursue an expedited land swap aimed at creating more developable land inside the city’s UGB.
