Item 3 sought an amendment (recorded in the packet as resolution "20 23 0 0 7 6") to a Layton City interlocal agreement to provide an additional $2,677,000 capital reimbursement for a FrontRunner pedestrian overpass after updated cost estimates raised the project above $12,000,000; Layton is expected to provide a local match.
