NECAC tells O'Fallon senior committee LAHEAP open; food distribution lists available

He added that updates to eligibility and payout timing include an expansion on Dec. 1 for additional low-income applicants. Greg also said NECAC compiles food-bank distribution dates and maintains a food-pantry list open to the public; donations come from local restaurants and are distributed on a walk-in basis. He offered to share NECAC’s 'church list' and other community resource lists and provided a contact phone number that he said he would verify ((636) 477-2432). He said, 'We're excited to be able to help our seniors.'
Committee members asked to receive the lists for broader distribution; Council member Ryan Boyer requested the church list to share with constituents. Committee staff agreed to accept and disseminate the materials.
The committee did not take formal action on NECAC’s items during the meeting; staff follow-up was requested to confirm phone numbers and distribution channels.
