Board elects Thomas vice chair, reaffirms Patton as chair; agenda and minutes approved

After removing previously tabled items from the table, the board opened nominations for vice chairman. Board member Graham and Board member Thomas were nominated. The board conducted a roll-call vote: Chairperson Patton, Board member Thomas, Board member Reinsch, Alternate Hartsell and Alternate Wilkinson voted for Thomas; Board member Graham voted for Graham. Chairperson Patton announced Thomas as the new vice chairman.
Nominations for chairperson produced a nomination for Chairperson Patton, which the board approved by voice/roll call; Patton accepted the position for a one-year term. Earlier in the meeting the agenda and minutes for the August 13 and September 10 meetings were moved, seconded and approved.
The chair also announced one withdrawn agenda item (25-110871055, Wingate Ridge Drive) that required no further action. With no additional business, the chair adjourned the meeting.
