O'Fallon — The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board completed routine administrative business at its Jan. 13 meeting, approving the meeting agenda and the Nov. 18, 2025 meeting minutes and recording no citizen comments.
The chair asked for additions or corrections to the agenda and, hearing none, called for a motion. Member Wilson moved to approve and Member Williams seconded; the board approved the agenda by voice vote. The chair then asked to approve the November minutes; Wilson moved, Williams seconded and the minutes were approved for the record.
The board opened the citizen‑comment period and recorded that no members of the public wished to speak. After divisional reports and new business, members offered brief remarks thanking staff for holiday lights and community events. Wilson moved to adjourn, Williams seconded, the board voted aye and the meeting was adjourned.
