Planning Director Haley Mattson summarized changes including narrowing McCarthy from 80 to 60 feet consistent with local access standards, straightening the alignment to improve turning movements, and providing additional utility and access easements. Knutson Engineering's Paul Knutson described the revised geometry and said it meets current standards. Mayor Pro Tem Grama moved adoption; the motion carried unanimously.
Next step: staff will record the vacation and implement the revised plats and easement documents.
