"The MAO is anticipated to last for 10 years," Connolly said in her staff report, adding the proposed extension would begin Dec. 10, 2025, and follow the procedural findings included in the packet.
The hearing drew no in‑person or online testimony; after closing the hearing the council moved to consider resolution number 1, which Carries Connolly had attached to the staff report as the findings supporting the extension. Councilor Leech moved to adopt the resolution; the motion was seconded and carried on a unanimous vote.
