Council President Baumgartner read a proclamation designating Dec. 7, 2025 as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day and Mayor Bialystoski read a proclamation recognizing December 2025 as Impaired Driving Prevention Month, thanking the West Linn Police Department for enforcement work.
City Manager John outlined calendar items for the Dec. 9 council meeting, which will include planning items, an annexation and consideration of the full faith and credit authorization to secure funding for the operations center. Staff indicated several community events and winter preparedness items as upcoming outreach topics.
