The commission then considered a separate small-subdivision ordinance drafted by staff that defines small subdivisions (10 lots and under) and minor subdivisions (3 lots and under). Speaker 4 moved and Speaker 1 seconded the small-subdivision ordinance; commissioners voted in favor with no recorded opposition.
Both ordinances were approved by the commission and will be transmitted as the commission's recommendation for subsequent formal adoption steps as required by city procedure.
