Bicknell council approves November minutes, pays bills and accepts $3,500 fence bid

"I make a motion we accept that," Speaker 3 said; the motion was seconded and the council voted to accept the bid by voice. Speaker 3 noted that Lane Jones "builds a great fence, but it takes forever," raising schedule expectations for completion.
Attendance: Speaker 1 noted that Carrie Stevens, Carrie Brinkerhoff and Weston Johnson were absent from the meeting. The council adjourned at the end of the agenda.
