Panel members noted numeric inconsistencies that need correction: Speaker 1 pointed out a passage listing "1,350 feet" alongside a reference to a quarter mile and observed, "Quarter mile is 13 20." The group agreed to standardize measurements and to change references from the source jurisdiction to the town's name where appropriate.
On exterior lighting, Speaker 1 proposed updating language to require that lighting "provide adequate lighting that does not interfere with surrounding property owners." Parking questions raised in prior minutes were revisited; members said Farrand addresses (units 1 through 6) should be explicitly covered with a prohibition on on-street parking and a requirement for designated parking areas for both buildings and RVs.
Panel members asked one another to review enforcement provisions and appeal-rights sections (noted as Orangeville 11-11-25-4 and 11-11-25-5 in the draft) before the next meeting so the group can finalize the ordinance text. No final ordinance votes were taken on these sections during the session.
