Green-waste cleanup: Council members said green-waste drop-off is heavily used and often full. City staff said they met with Republic Services, which agreed to provide additional roll-offs for the city’s spring cleanup if needed and to cover any overflow beyond the city's allocated 12 roll-offs.
Staffing and retirements: Administration reported turnover in utility-billing (two open positions) and said staff will fill gaps temporarily while recruiting. The city also confirmed a retirement party for long-time employee Jean on Nov. 25; council members praised her 42 years of service.
