Department reports: training, WinterFest and meeting dates discussed

They also described using blinds in winter to capture sunlight for heating and closing them in summer to reduce cooling costs.
Speaker 1 raised scheduling for WinterFest and noted that instructor Bobby Morrow will offer a high-intensity fitness class from about 8 to 9:30. The group discussed available dates in mid-February and agreed to schedule an auditor to attend and report at a future meeting.
Finally, the assembly confirmed February meeting dates on Feb. 5 and Feb. 19 and flagged member availability concerns (Speaker 1 said they would not be present on Feb. 5). Participants agreed to adjust or note absences as needed.
