She described a nonpermanent wagon that she will roll into and out of her garage, stating, "it's literally a wagon that I can pull in and out of my garage, and set up just when I have flowers available." She said she expected to advertise availability through Facebook and to operate roughly from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. when she is home.
Board members asked about signage, deliveries and parking; Britney said there would be no permanent structure, no signage and no deliveries, and that the wagon would be removed to the garage when not in use. She also said she planned to participate in a local farmer's market beginning July 12.
A board member moved to approve the conditional-use permit for the flower stand and another member seconded; the motion carried by voice vote in the transcript. The board characterized the request as a small, manageable-scale operation consistent with current ordinance requirements for a temporary, low-impact home-based sales activity.
The permit was approved and the applicant may proceed under any applicable building and public-safety rules for temporary vending.
