Glendale advances water bond work; engineers to inspect tank site before bidding

Councilors were urged to vet bidders carefully, citing a past example of a contractor (Jackson Construction) that reportedly went bankrupt mid-project and required rework.
Officials set a near-term meeting to inspect the tank and expected to proceed with bidding once bond paperwork is complete and the attorney clears the documents. No final bid dates were established at the meeting.
