DARDENNE PRAIRIE, Mo. — The Board approved a series of development items, including final-plan ordinances for Villas at Darden Place Phase 2 and Phase 3 and a record plat for Commerce Park West.
City Attorney (unnamed in transcript) read Bill 25-20 (Villas at Darden Place Phase 2), describing a final plan for approximately 2.88 acres at the northeast corner of Hanley Road and Feige Road; Planning & Zoning reported no substantive concerns and noted the developer will work with two private property owners regarding sewer connections. P&Z also granted a waiver eliminating a sidewalk on a short internal road that serves a handful of homes.
The board also took second reading and approved Bill 25-27, the record plat for Commerce Park West (about 18.14 acres). Planning & Zoning requested a sidewalk along Hubbell; the petitioner consented to provide that sidewalk when the next building is developed. Officials said sidewalks not shown on the current plat will be provided as part of future development stages.
All three measures were carried by the board as read.
