Speaker 2 moved to adopt the resolution canceling the River Heights City general election on Nov. 4, 2025. The motion was approved by voice vote. Council members noted there are no city ballot initiatives and that River Heights residents would not receive a city mail‑in ballot for that election.
The motion carried by voice vote and the council closed the meeting shortly after approving the resolution.
