Mayor-elect and residents press for protections as developers and utilities acquire wind projects

Board members and attendees also referenced a prior ordinance multiple times; one commenter said, “I think that that ordinance is pretty clear on what can and can't be done,” and urged the board to ensure prior work on the ordinance is respected during any project acquisition.
