On statutory cross-references, Foster proposed inserting a disclaimer tying rezoning and code interpretation to Wallsburg’s general plan and Utah law, specifically the Local Land Use, Development, and Management Act (Utah Code Title 10, Chapter 9a). He asked the commission to update outdated statutory citations in the draft and to confirm which Utah Code sections the town wants referenced.
