During the meeting the council considered several routine but formal items and approved them by voice vote.
Resolution 25-04 — 2026 meeting schedule: Unidentified Speaker (S6) moved to adopt the city’s 2026 meeting calendar (city council: third Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.; planning and zoning: first Wednesday at 7 p.m.; library board: first Thursday at 7:30 p.m.; events council: second Wednesday at 6 p.m.). Unidentified Speaker (S3) seconded and the council approved the resolution by voice vote.
Resolution 25-05 — 2026 master fee schedule: The council reapproved the city’s master fee schedule for 2026 after Unidentified Speaker (S2) moved and Unidentified Speaker (S9) seconded; the motion carried on a voice vote.
Preliminary plat — Parcel 09-017-0013 (referred to in materials as Curado/Curator/Cred o/Creative in different parts of the record): Planning and zoning had approved the subdivision on Oct. 1 and staff said the proposal conforms to the general plan and zoning code, meeting utility and drainage requirements. After clarifying that the council’s action was preliminary only (final subdivision approval is not a council prerogative under the new process), Unidentified Speaker (S9) moved to approve the preliminary plat and Unidentified Speaker (S2) seconded. The motion passed by voice vote.
No roll-call tallies were recorded in the discussion transcript; each item passed following the council’s standard voice-vote procedure. The meeting adjourned after routine department reports and the auditor’s presentation.
