Building-permit activity on Jungfrau and a sprinkler-exemption variance draw council attention

Members said the applicant could withdraw the request or, if denied locally, pursue the matter in district court.

Council also noted site-compliance concerns at the Meriwether project and asked residents to flag visible problems so staff can follow up; members said they would monitor progress and prefer voluntary compliance if builders correct issues.
