Planning and zoning staff described newly provided government Google enterprise accounts for mayors and staff (initial licenses provided free for a limited time) and asked members to begin transitioning town communications away from personal accounts for better succession and records. Staff also reminded the council that the Golden Steps conditional-use permit is up for renewal and encouraged scheduling the applicant to appear before the council within the next one or two meetings to avoid permit lapse.
