Municipal Building Committee approves minutes, schedules next meetings and will review architect bids
Summary

At the start of the Aug. 22 meeting the committee moved and unanimously approved the minutes from Aug. 8 (motion by Speaker 3; second by Speaker 4). During the meeting committee members asked that presentation copies be provided to absent members and confirmed the next Municipal Building Committee meeting for Sept. 12 at 8:00 a.m. in the same room. Members also discussed a possible Sept. 10 presentation to the select board to update the broader community on project status.
Staff stated the committee will be reviewing bids for the architect and make a decision on that procurement in forthcoming meetings. The meeting ended with a motion to adjourn that passed unanimously.
