The Syracuse Planning Commission approved a plat amendment allowing the condominiumization of a single commercial unit within the Syracuse Retail subdivision at 2052 West 1700 South. Staff said the proposed property‑line adjustment meets all city‑code requirements and that staff comments were addressed.
The applicant, who identified themself as an owner of a physical‑therapy clinic in the strip mall, said the change is being made only to allow purchase of the unit and that there will be no change to the businesses or operations within the building. The commission opened the item for public comment but received none.
A commissioner moved to approve the plat amendment; after a second the motion carried.
