Old 99 overlay consultant agreement: The council approved a consultant agreement with Gibson Olsen for engineering work on the Old 99 overlay 2026 project, which is tied to a TIB grant. Council members discussed procurement options and the desire to avoid jeopardizing the grant, and then voted to approve Gibson Olsen.
All motions recorded in the meeting minutes passed with oral 'Aye' votes where recorded and no roll-call tallies with names were recorded except where noted (mayor pro tem count).
