Under new business, commissioners voted to approve the 2025–26 planning commission calendar. The calendar sets regular meetings for 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month and notes one date moved to a Tuesday in May. The motion to adopt the calendar was moved, seconded and carried.
The commission then proceeded to a public hearing and votes on a separate site-plan and special land use item for 3700 John Daly Road.
