Tenino Planning Commission approves minutes, reschedules Sept. meeting to Sept. 17
Summary
The commission approved the July minutes as amended and, by voice vote, moved the Sept. 10 meeting and comprehensive plan public hearing to Sept. 17; staff will post the notice and circulate the drafted comp plan for comment.
At the start of the Aug. 13 meeting the Tenino Planning Commission approved the July minutes as amended after a brief clarification about who made the prior motion. Unidentified Speaker 3 moved to approve the minutes as amended and Unidentified Speaker 2 seconded; the chair recorded a voice approval.
Later in the meeting Unidentified Speaker 3 moved to reschedule the Sept. 10 planning commission meeting to Sept. 17 and to hold the comprehensive plan public hearing on that date; Unidentified Speaker 2 seconded and a voice “Aye” was recorded. Staff was instructed to publish the correct meeting notice on the city website.
Staff also said it will circulate a clean and tracked version of the draft comprehensive plan and requested comments within two weeks ahead of the next meeting.
The commission adjourned after confirming the new hearing date.
