She noted Honeywell's Copperfield metals facility and Avista Stadium concession repairs as commercial projects in planning or early construction and reminded the council that some permit timelines vary by project complexity. Councilmembers asked specific questions about properties and timelines; Nickerson said she would follow up if additional details were requested.
