The City of Spokane Valley convened a special council meeting Nov. 17 and began with roll call. Members present included Mayor Neely, Deputy Mayor Nunnenberg and Council members Yeager, Higgins, Patton, Merkel and Wood.
A motion to approve the meeting agenda was made and seconded during the opening minutes. The motion was approved by unanimous voice vote. No other motions requiring a recorded vote or ordinance/adoption votes occurred during the meeting.
Because the session was a special informational and legislative-priority briefing to state delegates, substantive items were discussed but no city ordinances, contracts or resolutions were adopted at the meeting.
