Waste Management managers told the Woodinville City Council on March 18 that the company operates local collection and recycling services from a Woodinville base and has invested in communications and outreach to reduce service gaps. "We collect your trash and recycle and yard waste with trucks that are run on compressed natural gas," said Hahn Kirkland, a public sector manager with WM, describing fuel and local processing at the Cascade Recycling Center in Woodinville.
