The Planning Board endorsed an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan for 6 Denny Street after discussing a provision to be hand-written on the plan clarifying that Planning Board endorsement does not constitute an approval of zoning conformance. Barry Atchison of WDA Design Group summarized the small lot-line adjustments and the owner’s desire to keep a portion as open space. The board agreed to add the standard language that such an endorsement does not certify the lot as a buildable zoning-conforming lot and said town planner Jenny will review the exact wording when she returns.
Separately, the board reappointed several members to external committees by slate vote: Hazel Nurse to Design Review, John Gelsic (as read by the chair) to CMRPC, Peter to Capital Expenditures, and Jenny as the CMRPC alternate. The board deferred approval of the June minutes to the next meeting and adjourned.
