Cashman said there will be no changes to hours or menu at Tanker Grill and no physical changes to its portion of the premises; the proposed change simply removes the second‑floor area from Tanker’s license so it can be licensed separately. DRG principal Dan Moses confirmed the food service partnership with Tanker will continue. The board voted to approve both the alteration request for Tanker Grill and the new all‑alcohol license for DRG Industries (manager of record: Jason Thomas).
