Committee members discussed whether many of the items could be done piecemeal and whether advancing the rooftop HVAC work alone makes sense to capture the rebate. The town manager and staff said some items can be advanced independently, while others — notably work affecting internal building systems — are more interdependent and may need to wait for a coordinated phase.
No final appropriations were taken at the meeting; the manager said staff would return with additional detail once the select board clarifies timing for the full project.
